Child Safety Standards

Last updated 19 August 2026

Sesh has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) in any form. This page describes our standards, how we prevent and respond to CSAE, and how to report a concern.

Age requirement

Sesh is intended for users 18 and older only. Creating an account requires accepting our Terms of Service, which state this age requirement explicitly. We do not knowingly permit anyone under 18 to register, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If we learn an account belongs to a minor, we disable it and delete the associated data.

Prohibited content and behavior

Sesh strictly prohibits any content or behavior that sexualizes, exploits, or endangers minors, including but not limited to:

  • Any image, video, or description depicting or sexualizing a minor
  • Grooming, solicitation, or any attempt to contact or exploit a minor
  • Sharing, requesting, or linking to CSAE material in any form
  • Using the platform to facilitate contact with minors for a sexual purpose

How we prevent it

  • Every account must accept our Terms of Service, including the 18+ age requirement, before using the app
  • Every club on Sesh is onboarded directly by our team, not self-registered, which keeps the community small enough to actually moderate
  • Users can report or block any profile, post, or comment directly in the app

How we respond

We review reports of CSAE as our highest priority and act immediately, not on the general moderation timeline used for other Terms of Service violations. Confirmed violations result in immediate account termination and permanent removal of the associated content.

Where we identify apparent CSAE content or activity, we report it to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and cooperate fully with law enforcement, as required by law.

How to report a concern

Report directly in the app using the report or block option on any profile, post, or comment. For anything urgent, or if you believe a child is in immediate danger, contact local law enforcement first.

You can also reach us directly:

  • Email: legal@linkagesoftwaresolutions.co.za
  • Subject line: "CSAE report" so it reaches us immediately

Who we are

Sesh is operated by Linkage Software Solutions (Pty) Ltd, Cape Town, South Africa. See our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service for how we handle data and content more broadly.
