Delete your account

Last updated Applies to all Sesh accounts, iOS and Android

You can permanently delete your Sesh account and associated personal data at any time, either directly in the app or by emailing us. Deletion is handled the same way regardless of which method you use.

Option 1: Delete in the app

Open Sesh → Settings → Delete profile. Confirm the deletion when prompted. This is the fastest way to remove your account.

Option 2: Request by email

Email privacy@linkagesoftwaresolutions.co.za from the address associated with your account and ask us to delete it. We will confirm once it is done.

What gets deleted

Content you posted to club feeds may be deleted or anonymized. Some data may be retained where required by law — see our Privacy Policy for full detail on retention.

Your profile, display name, username, and avatar
Friendships and friend requests
Push notification tokens
Linked personal records tied to your account

Timeline

Personal data is deleted or anonymized within 30 days of a confirmed deletion request.
